Wendy Chen

Wendy Chen is the founder and CEO of Omnistream. Her specialty is in building data enabled businesses, turning automation into competitive advantage. She has led an automated commodities trading desks in New York and Hong Kong with annual profits exceeding $100m USD.

She also has extensive experience in strategy design, risk management (she safely managed billions of dollars of turnover per day in autonomous systems) and regulatory management, creating processes that ensures compliance with constantly changing regulatory environments (including algorithms). She has a unique talent in unique data source identification that provides competitive advantages and innovation management, constructing teams based on whether processes or cost structures need to change within larger organisations.

With board management and investor management Wendy completed her Honours Ba Sc in Systems Engineering from University of Waterloo in Canada, specialising in computational neuroscience and reinforcement learning (algorithmic game theory in strategy games).
