  • Conducted on select stores to represent cross section of store types and store sizes
  • Pilot 1 ran for 10 weeks and pilot 2 for 17 weeks
  • Targeted 2 categories: sanitary protection and sensitive skin

  • Modelled at store level: Store-specific mixes tuned to local missions, pack-size and price-point optimisation for margin and not just volume and store-level planograms respecting brand blocks, shade ladders and regimen adjacencies.
