A rapidly expanding Health & Beauty banner needed faster, more localised planograms across skincare, haircare, colour cosmetics and wellness. Cluster templates and long review cycles made it hard to reflect neighbourhood demand, prove ROI, and keep stores compliant.
Approach
We ran 2 pilots:
- Ran test vs. control across matched stores and categories.
- Conducted on select stores to represent cross section of store types and store sizes
- Pilot 1 ran for 10 weeks and pilot 2 for 17 weeks
- Targeted 2 categories: sanitary protection and sensitive skin
